Cuz the server isn't online.
Have you downloaded the new client? If you have, then the server isn't connected. If not, then download that. =/ Wait for it to go online.

a client download with no nuez or patcher 
so there's a new client. with no patcher, nuez, or datasubs. so an effectively useless client folder. and we're supposed to use this new client to connect? i tried putting the old nuez and patcher in the folder, but that didn't work.
