Problems at Registration

Hello everybody, Hello GM
I have a little problem and need some help please.
I registered on the homepage yesterday in the evening. After it, i downloaded and installed Vanity...
Today in the morning, I want to login the game, but ther comes an errormassege, that my logindetaild are incorrect.
Every try faild.
So I create a new acc on the homepage using the navigation from the game startscreen.
Even it was successfully, but also with the new acc I cannot login to the game.
Whats the Problem, may you help me please?
